NorthPeak has recalled its 5.8-quart countertop air fryers after the heating element can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards.
What was recalled
The recall covers NorthPeak 5.8-quart digital air fryers (model NP-AF58) sold in stainless and black finishes.
Products and models affected
- Model NP-AF58 (5.8-quart digital air fryer)
- Date codes 2405 through 2438 printed on the base
- Sold in stainless steel and matte black
The model number and date code are on a silver label on the underside of the unit.
Why it was recalled
NorthPeak received 41 reports of units overheating, including 6 reports of melting and 2 minor burn injuries. The heating element can fail and ignite nearby materials.
What you should do
Stop using the recalled air fryer immediately, unplug it, and contact NorthPeak for a refund.

NorthPeak is offering a full refund of the purchase price. Submit a photo of the cut power cord and the model label through the recall page; refunds are issued within 3–4 weeks by check or original payment method.
