The lot code is stamped on the bottom of the jar.
Why it was recalled
An oversized wick can cause the flame to grow too large, overheating and cracking the glass. Larkfield has received 15 reports, including 2 minor burns.
What you should do
Stop using the candle immediately and keep it away from flammable materials.
