You can claim up to $5,600 from OneTouchPoint Corp.’s class action settlement if you received a breach notice for an April 2022 incident. The deadline is November 16, 2026.
OneTouchPoint Corp. is a healthcare technology company that stores patient records and employee data for medical practices and clinics. The company sent breach notices in July 2022. OneTouchPoint denies wrongdoing but settled the lawsuit to avoid litigation costs.
Who Qualifies to Claim?
The settlement has two classes. Only one can receive cash.
Monetary settlement class: Your data was confirmed compromised. You can file a claim for cash compensation. You received a notice saying the company’s investigation determined your information was actually exposed.
Injunctive relief class: You received a breach notice, but the company’s review couldn’t confirm your data was touched. You cannot claim cash, but you will get five years of enhanced security from OTP’s required cybersecurity upgrades.
How Much Can You Receive?
If you’re in the monetary class, you can claim one of five options.
Ordinary losses, up to $500. Out-of-pocket expenses tied to the breach: bank fees, credit monitoring subscriptions, fees for credit reports or identity theft insurance. You need receipts or statements showing you paid.
Extraordinary losses, up to $5,000. Documented losses from identity theft or fraud traceable to the breach. The loss must have occurred between April 28, 2022 and November 16, 2026. This includes professional fees (attorneys, accountants, credit repair). You need proof of the fraud and bank statements showing the actual loss.
Time spent, up to $100. Four hours maximum at $25 per hour for time responding to the breach. You attest to the hours in writing. No receipts required.
Flat alternative, $75. No documentation. No time attestation. Just claim it.
Credit monitoring. Two years of one-bureau credit monitoring with $1 million fraud protection. Available to all monetary class members, whether or not you claim cash.
How to File a Claim
You can file online or by mail.

For the $75 alternative or credit monitoring alone: Nothing required.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I automatically get money from this settlement? No. You must file a claim before the deadline. If you don’t submit a claim, you get nothing and lose the right to sue OneTouchPoint.
Can I claim if I only received a notice but don’t know if my data was actually exposed? Not for cash. See “Who Qualifies to Claim?” above to determine which class you’re in.
What if I lost money to identity theft from this breach — can I claim more than the stated limits? No. All compensation categories have caps regardless of your actual losses. See the “How Much Can You Receive?” section above for the full breakdown.
Do I need receipts for the $75 flat payment or credit monitoring? No documentation for either. Just submit a claim.
When will I get my payment if I claim now? See “When Do You Get Paid?” above for the official timing.
